The LM Guide is our main product, incorporating a part with a linear rolling motion into practical usage for the first time in the world. It realizes the development of high-precision, high-rigidity, energy-saving, high-speed machines with long service lives.

These models adopt:
1. 8 rows of raceways
2. Small-diameter balls
3. Super-long blocks, in order to realize super-low waving
4. Super-high rigidity that surpass the conventional LM Guide 

Models SVR/SVS have higher rigidity & are capable of receiving heavier loads than other Caged-Ball LM Guide series models. In addition, they maintain LM Guides’ performances & achieve high reliability through strengthening their dust-control performances with various options while taking into account foreign aterial environments such as machine tools.

This product is a roller guide that realizes smooth motion & long-term maintenance-free operation with low friction by adopting the roller cage. Rollers with less elastic deformation are used for the rolling elements, and the roller diameter & roller length are optimized in order to realize ultra-high rigidity.

By integrating double-row small-diameter rollers on the raceway, the number of rollers incorporated in this new model (RW228) is approximately 5 times that of Cross-Roller Ring model RU. While maintaining the compactness, it
achieves higher rigidity and accuracy and a lower torque. 

The Linear Ball Slide is a lightweight, compact, limited stroke linear guide unit that operates with very low sliding resistance. It excels in high-speed responsive performance due to its very small frictional factor and low inertia.

The Cross Roller Guide is a limited stroke linear guide that has precision rollers orthogonalized alternately. This product provides rigid yet supple linear motion and is particularly suitable for linear guidance where high rigidity and supple movement is demanded.

The LM Guide Actuator is a compact actuator with high rigidity and high precision that has an integrated LM Guide with a ball screw. Reductions in the number of parts and design man-hours can be realised by adopting the LM Guide Actuator.
